Dosage and Use
 
Take two capsules in the evening with or without food, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
 
Take earlier in the day if you are sensitive to caffeine.
 
This supplement has less than 16 mg of caffeine per serving (the amount found in 1/3 cup of brewed green tea).
