Dosage and Use
Take two capsules daily for individuals weighing up to 160 lbs (73 kg).
Those weighing over 160 lbs (73 kg), take three to four capsules daily.
This product can be taken with or without food, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.

May interfere with oral contraceptives. If pregnant or intending to become pregnant, do not use this product.
