Fat-soluble vitamin C (ascorbyl palmitate) may be as important as water-soluble vitamin C, yet most vitamin consumers have not even heard of ascorbyl palmitate. Dosage and Use
Take one capsule with each meal.

Caution
Taking large doses of vitamin C (several grams or more) all at once, especially on an empty stomach, can cause gastric upset and diarrhea. This product contains 1827 mg (1.8 g) of vitamin C in the recommended dose of three capsules per day. Persons with the genetic disorder G6PD deficiency should not use such large doses of vitamin C unless directed by a physician.
