When you place your order, please make sure you mention your customer number and the article number(s). Just mentioning the article names may give rise to confusion.

Payment:

Because of bad experiences in the past, we do not deliver orders on credit. Orders can be paid in advance or by credit card.

Mailing costs:

For Denmark, France, Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal and Spain:
€ 14,95. For mailing costs to other countries: please contact us.

Your package will be delivered 3-5 days after we received your payment.

Every now and then the contents of the products are updated, according to scientific insights. Contents and prices can therefore change without further notice. In these cases you have the right to return the products within 30 days of purchase.
Your order will be processed right after receipt and will be sent the next day. When a product is out of stock, we can decide to hold the order for a short while, to send it when all the items are available. Most of the time we will send your (incomplete) order and deliver the remaining article(s) when they are available.
Because of bad experiences in the past, we do not deliver orders on credit.
When you are not satisfied with the delivery, you have the right to send the articles back, within 30 days of purchase (the date of purchase stated on the bill). We will fully refund the price of the articles; but not the mailing costs. This 30-day-money-back-guarantee is just for articles that are unopened, in the original state and with an intact seal.
